2018 Evaluations

Thank you for attending Canadian Pain Society's 39th Annual Scientific Meeting. Kindly take a few moments to complete the evaluations below if you have not already done so. These evaluations help the society plan outstanding programs each year. As well, they are required per the accreditation guidelines. All evaluations will be submitted to the accrediting body, McGill University, post meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

Simply click on the name of the session that you attended in each time-slot, for each day; you will be directed to a unique survey for each session.

We also ask that all attendees complete the Overall Experience Evaluation, that will also be listed below.
